After a lot of discussions and due to your continuous support we decided to offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all our web hosting plans. In the past, we have offered it to some clients who requested a refund and as a result we decided to implement it in our system. Due to this, we had to update our Terms and Conditions which can be found here.
Please bare in mind that currently refunds are not offered for our digital downloadable products. This is because there is no way to check if you are using the downloadable product or not. Who knows? We might be able to do something for this in the future.
