How can i request support?
We do offer support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year via the following support methods:

Also, we suggest you to check our Knowledge Base regularly as, in many cases, your question should have been already answered before. All the support tickets/emails are being answered withing six(6) hours. There are not specific times for the Live Chat yet. Our Team is trying to be online as much as possible.
